The Most Vocal Cat Video

This is perhaps the most vocal cat I have ever seen. Her name is Tiggy, a 18 year-old kitty, still spunky, shows no sign of aging. She has been talking with that unique voice for approximately 8 years. According to the owner, the noise is not a result of a furball being stuck in the throat or Tiggy being in heat.
