Riza and Mei were tiny kittens when they came to their foster home, the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee.

They did everything together, even dance :).

Hazel and her sister Effie were surrendered to the shelter. Without a mom, the two babies need to be hand reared round the clock. Laurie C. of Itty Bitty Kitty Committee took the sisters to her home and became their surrogate mom.

“When they arrived, their expressions were blank, and they did not respond to the sight of us or any movement or sounds. They were just tiny, hungry, squirming, screaming things.

Now, they interact with us so much more. They seek attention and affection. Their eyes are brighter, they respond to sound, they are stronger and more stable, they play harder, and scream louder.”

When Hazel came to her foster home, her expressions were blank and she didn’t respond to the sight of any movement or sounds.

Kisses was only 2 weeks old when she came into the shelter without a mom or siblings. The little orphaned baby was brought to her foster mom in a shirt. “I saw her adorable little face, her bright eyes, and pudgy belly and was instantly smitten! I couldn’t help but take her home,” said Kitten in My Pocket. It was then Kisses found her second chance at life.

“Kisses was off to a slow start, being orphaned so young, and it took her a bit to pack up the ounces. But after a few weeks she was developing into an adorably pot bellied little angel.”

These itty bitty kitties are having their first Christmas this year. They were brought to the Itty Bitty Kitty Committee for a second chance. What they didn’t know was that their Christmas gift this year is their forever loving home.

Thanks to Laurie Cinotto, all the kitties have found a family to spend the Christmas with. They just left for their loving homes earlier this month. These are some of the photos of them experiencing Christmas spirit at their foster home for the first time.

Meet Pearla, a proud graduate from Itty Bitty Kitty Committee. She came to Laurie’s foster care as a wee kitten along with her five furry siblings. Pearla was a sweetheart right from the start. “Her little gray coat, button eyes, and  pink nose sent everyone squee-ing,” Laurie wrote on her blog.
