A tiny kitten was found wandering the streets, crying for her mother. They couldn't find her mom but a sweet senior cat from her foster home stepped up to help.
A kind woman from Montréal found a tiny 3-week-old kitten alone, crying pitifully for her mother who never returned. Knowing that kittens that young need round-the-clock care, she picked her up and rushed her to a local rescue group for help.
When the kitten arrived at Chatons Orphelins Montréal, she was just skin and bones. As soon as she smelled food from a bottle, she threw herself on it, latched on and went to town.
That day, she got a full belly and a warm bath, and she began to perk up. They named her Pastille and got her into a foster home where she met a 16-year-old cat, Grandma Marscha.
Right away, the kitten took a liking to Grandma and followed her around the house.
Marscha has a big heart for kittens in need. She was very caring to the little youngster and would groom her and keep her company.
Pastille is one of the many kittens that Grandma Marscha has helped foster.

She was never far from her foster kitten, keeping her within eyeshot.
Mandatory bath time is in order.
Pastille loved it when Grandma Marscha cared for her. It made her feel loved.
Pastille has blossomed into a happy, healthy kitty!
Three months after her rescue, Pastille graduated from her foster home and was adopted by a loving family.
She made Grandma Marscha very proud.
