About Olivia:
“Meet Olivia ! She is as sweet, friendly, and playful as a kitty can be. This lovely girl was rescued from death row at an overcrowded rural shelter. Olivia is now in foster care in the DC area, but she needs a loving permanent home by herself. She does not like other cats, but is OK with kittens.
Olivia dearly loves people. She comes when she is called, and loves to be picked up, held, and petted all the time. She loyally sits by you and follows you throughout the house.
Olivia is 1 1/2 year old. She is a beautiful young tuxedo kitty, with a black back, white belly, and adorable white high socks. She is super playful and craves the action of string toys. She trills her request for more fun.
Recently, she had to have most of her tail removed due to infection. She now looks like a bobtail. She's occasionally startled to see the new length and sometimes chases it. She currently takes medicine in a pill pocket to reduce this behavior. We don't know if she will have to take it for a long time or can be weaned shortly..”
