Johnny came to his foster home when he was only six weeks old. He was "quite wary and frightened of us, and needed lots of TLC to get him comfortable with people... We named him Sweet Johnny," said Debbie R.
Debbie spent a lot of time trying to win over Johnny's trust. One night she found Johnny trying to nurse from the crook of her arm. It melted her heart to see her efforts finally pay off.
Johnny has so much energy that he loves to run around the house and wrestle anything he touches. When he left for the shelter (Second chance for animals) and was ready to be adopted out, Debbie knew she would miss him dearly but was happy that Sweet little Johnny finally found his forever home.
