Tattoos are often frowned upon in South Korea, but it doesn't stop tattoo enthusiasts from expressing their love for their beloved cats with tats. Sol Tattoo, a parlor in Seoul, have been making these adorable cat tattoos since their inception.
According to South Korean law, only medical practitioners such as doctors are allowed to do tattoos due to their invasive nature. The public is hoping the government can someday legalize the work of South Korea's underground tattoo artists.
