Nekoyanagi (means cat willow) is an adorable kitty who just turned two years old this year. He is a beautiful Scottish Fold with a dynamic personality. He looks like Maru the famous YouTube cat except his ears are folded 
.
Though Nekoyanagi has a slight problem in his legs, he never lets it stop him when he plays. He gets very excited when his hooman throws a ball across the room. He will go after it, snatch it and bunny kick it with everything he’s got. You can hardly tell there is any problem with his legs.
Nekoyanagi loves to groom himself every night in the bathroom. It is an adorable thing that always makes his hooman smile.

Nekoyanagi has a strong personality, but he is not a big fan of being held unless you offer him his favorite treat. When there are strangers in the house, he takes refuge underneath the bed and will not come out.
Nekoyanagi’s hooman woke up several times at night by some strange noise coming from the kitchen. Later it was discovered that Nekoyanagi was stealing yogurt and pudding off the kitchen counter. He totally goes crazy for those things. If you have some pudding in your hand, he will not stop meowing and begging for it until you let him take a whiff.

yes, he looks a bit like maru (who i adore), but so what? every cat has his/her unique and distinct cuteness (yes, even the bald ones
). i know the correlation was being made for cuteness factor, but i like to think that cats don’t have to look like another cat to be cute – they just are: all of them!
