Felicie a volunteer from the Fur Keeps in Illinois approached us about 2 adorable shelter cats who are still looking for their forever home together.
"We have 2 cats that have had a heartbreaking situation. These are 2 of the sweetest cats. Mommy and Pebbles have had a really tough year. The mother (Mommy is black and white) and daughter (Pebbles is the tortie) came to us when their owner passed away. These girls stayed by the side of their owner offering comfort and love until she succumbed to cancer. No one in the family would take them so Mommy, Pebbles and her brother Alex came here. Sadly, Alex died of a broken heart but these two sweet quiet girls are now looking for a home filled with love and compassion. We want them to stay together. – I’m sure you understand why. They were so good to their owner and I’m sure they miss her."
