A little ginger bundle of joy found Terry on his porch one day when he was only a few days old. Terry later introduced him to Molly the dog who took to the little fuzzball right away. Her motherly instinct kicked in and started grooming the little bitty boy. Remarkably, the kitten turned to Molly’s belly and began to nurse. It was the moment when the two knew that they are meant to be together for life.
The little boy now named Scooter is Molly’s kitty. She has taught him how to walk, climb trees and watches over him whenever he is playing in the backyard. She is very protective of her little feline baby and doesn’t let him out of her sight. At the end of the day, they always snuggle together for a long nap.
Today Molly and Scooter are living happily together with another cat named Franklin.

the pics are so sweeeeeeeeeet
Very cute!! xo.
that is the cutest ever!!:)
Unbelievable!! I give these pics a 10/10 on the cute scale!! If only more dogs could be like that! My dad had a Rotty named Zeuse who had a little feline shadow that stayed close to Zeuse all the time. Unfortunately Zeuse died unexpectedly leaving his shadow behind. I want to thank the people who take the time to send their pictures to this site. I'm pretty much bed bound & these pics cheer me up so much!
Cindy, I'm disabled as well and to ME having kitties around is the best therapy ever. I feed strays too & even THEY give me pleasure! This picture shows that everyone can get along in life.
So sweet. Well who wouldn't fall in love with Scooter?
Lovely pair, both are so cute!
I agree with most of the comments made already. Definitely a good way to start off the week! Really cute!
Extremely cute. Very sweet kitty and dog!
This is so adorable! I can't believe that Molly accepted Scooter like that and instinctly knew what to do. Amazing!
I just had a squee attack.
I…I…I can't squee at high enough pitch for this.
We have two rescue kitties, and when we brought the first home, she adopted our Poodle, Beauregarde. She always considered him "mommy".
Darling , absolutely darling , and priceless !
Molly is soooo sweet!! Love these pictures. Amazing.

Molly is really loving her last "pup!"
Once again, animals are incredible!.
What a darling couple. It shows the Mom instinct does not have to be limited.
Oh my!!! That is one of the sweetest things that I've even seen. Bless Molly's heart!!! :
Absolutely beautiful! Love the pictures especially the last one.
Absolutely &n so totally ADORABLE!!! I love it!
Just too cute! Love them both!!
I love stories like this…If only people could love and "adopt" each other like these two the world would be such a more loving and happier place.
Love it!!
True unconditional love, hurrah!
I'd like to thank everyone for their kind comments and best wishes. Scooter is doing well and lovin life. It's so hard for me to believe he will soon be a year old. Since the weather has gotten warm he spends most waking moments outside exploring the area and lounging on the porch.I'm sorry there are less pics lately, but been busy myself since Spring and we have recently taken in a scruffy lil puppy to find a good home. I promise I'll put up some birthday pics soon for all his fans. Thanks again! ….Terry
This is really beautiful to me. People are always trying to find the key to get along with others… and it is right here!! It is called LOVE!!
This is so beautiful. When I was a child we had a Sheltie, Bunty, who did the same thing. She hated cats but when we got a kitten, she adopted him and nursed him, even producing milk for him. All his life she treated him like her own – though she continued to hate all other felines! When the cat grew up his best friend was our rabbit and they used to play together. Tragically the cat went out hunting wild rabbits and brought myxomatosis back to the pet rabbit, who died. The cat wouldn't move from the top of the rabbit's hutch for days afterwards.
I love it when animals break the mould… Good for Molly and Scooter.
awww….so sweet !
AWWWWWWHEEEEEEE <3
They are both gorgeous!!!!!!!!
