With a cat, who needs an alarm clock? They are wonderful to wake up to in the morning.
According to kitty’s human, “She just turned up on our doorstep one day. She had a collar on, and despite trying to trace her owners through vets/ animal rescue and posting notices in the neighbourhood, she was still with us 10 years later!”

I set five obnoxious alarms to go off between 6-7 a.m. and they don’t wake me up. When Lestat hears them he knows it’s time for me to get up. He lays on me and purrs in my ear. Suddenly I’m wide awake.

My Li’l Kitty wakes me through a series of kitty maneuvers…..whisker tickles, purring in the ear….paw on the face, on the eye, on the mouth…pacing on the headboard and stroking the floral wreath on the wall that hangs over my bed…and finally, knocking things off the dresser.

Our lil’ furballs like to gather on my bed until there’s no more room, forcing me to get up, and get breakfast. I’m pretty well trained now.

my kitty gets right in my face and meows. my dad’s kitty would bite him on his nose(not hard)!
Like our Simon. He likes to nuzzle my chin as soon as either my watch alarm goes off or he thinks we need to be up. He stands on our chests and ‘massages’ us. Jesse ‘escorts’ us to bed and leaves as soon as we’re under the covers. They both eventually wind up curled up beside my wife.
