He was found under a car, covered in oil as a wee kitten. Animal Care & Control San Francisco and Tonis Kitty Rescue took him in and gave him a very needed bath. "Once he was cleaned up we found that he had ash-colored fur, and so he was named Ashton," wrote Josh Norem of The Furrtographer.
"He was eventually adopted by an awesome family… He still has some of that grey fur too, but it's only on his tail now," Josh added.
