A tiny tortie kitten climbed on the man's shoulder when he was looking for a cat to adopt at the shelter. She immediately claimed to be his cat and turned on her purr motor while sitting comfortably on his shoulder. The next thing they knew they were on their way home with a tiny ball of fluff.
