Little calico is being super cute!
This tiny calico was given a second chance at life thanks to those at the San Diego Humane Society. She’s sporting a purple cast on her leg to help her heal. This little girl is now in good hands.
San Diego Humane Society wrote on Facebook:
“This year, one of our first residents is Sprinkles, a little girl who needed urgent medical care. She came to us severely injured; we believe her umbilical cord wrapped around her rear leg and cut off her circulation. At such a tender young age, with her eyes still closed, Sprinkles was in a delicate condition. It was vital that we were able to nourish her so she could begin the healing process. Currently, Sprinkles is wearing a cast on what remains of her back leg.”
“We will keep you up to date on Sprinkles’ journey as she travels her path to recovery.”

A tiny rescue calico found a gentle giant who became the kitty’s best friend. The big dog, Harvey, adopted the kitten and started caring for the little one like his own. When kitty meows for food, Harvey comes right over to the ‘rescue.’ They do everything together and are totally inseparable.

Little calico kitten is sucking her tiny toesies while kneading the air.
Her name is Noisy, a 3-legged calico who lost a leg, survived the dangerous outdoors but found someone who rescued her and gave her a place to call home.
“It happened two years ago. As I was walking to my office that morning, I heard a tiny meowing coming from one of the many cars parked in front of the office. I checked around and found that it came from an MPV,” said Nazita I.
The owner of the car eventually found the kitten and removed her from his car, but left her by the roadside. The frightened little kitten ran under another car to take refuge.
Later Nazita heard the meowing again, but it came from under a hotdog stand which was closed for the day. “My colleague and I finally got the stray out, placed her in a box we found, and drove her to the nearest 24 hour vet,” she added.
When they arrived at the vet’s, they realized that part of her leg was missing. The vet explained that the kitten would require high femur amputation. “It was a very expensive surgery… I was faced with a decision which I have never regretted. I decided to adopt her. It was the best decision I’ve ever made,” she said.
“My colleague named her Noisy because that was what she was. Noisy the cat is now a beautiful, healthy, funny, (and still noisy) 3-legged cat. I love her dearly.”

A stray cat showed up at a gas station in Virginia one day, and it’s become her home since then.
Reddit user alyssaabstruse shared the story: “Gas station employees rescued this girl and now she hangs out… She showed up starving and they started feeding her and like most cats do, she stayed where she knew she would be fed. They let her inside the store if its raining or cold…” However, the kitty prefers wandering outside by the store greeting people and letting people pet her as they come and go.

Bella was a senior cat when she came to Yorkshire Cat Rescue. She was only a few days away from being put to sleep when they rescued her.
“She immediately won all our hearts with her bouncy personality inspite of her age,” said Yorkshire Cat Rescue. Despite Bella’s various health problems, the shelter was sure that someone was going to think that she is the perfect cat for them. “Happily we were right,” the shelter added on Facebook.
Her health condition is now under control and she enjoys taking naps and asking people for treats from the fridge.
Bella is 16 years old and makes a wonderful companion at her new home. “She’s a funny little thing, sweet and lovely, love her to bits and wouldn’t be without her,” her human Loulou G. said.
