A tiny spotted baby kitten was found curled alone on the sidewalk by a good Samaritan. “The woman gently scooped the kitten in her hands and rushed it to a veterinarian who fed him and found out that this little spotted kitten, who looked like a panda bear, was only one-week-old,” said Helen Woodward Animal Center.

The kitten was still a baby and needed round-the-clock care, so the woman called Helen Woodward Animal Center for help. The next day, she drove the kitten to the center. “Due to his special spots, we named him ‘Panda!'”

“Panda is now safely with an experienced foster volunteer who is keeping him fed and warm. Plus, Panda has a new ‘big brother’ to help keep watch! Meet Shadow, the foster’s dog, and he is very serious about making sure this kitten is safe and happy,” Helen Woodward added.

A tiny cow kitten whose eyes just barely opened, was spotted in a wet rainy yard on the Oregon Coast all by himself. There was no sight of the mother cat. He was then brought into the shelter in Tellamook, Oregon. Since baby kittens need around the clock foster care, they found Tami Toth who previously fostered and adopted Fig, a cat who was rescued from the County Dump. “He came to the house on October 5th and he was pretty small and ears flat,” said Tami on Facebook.

They named him Panda O’Grady. When they got him, he was only around 10 days old. “He is now just about 5 weeks old and he has already been claimed into a new family. He will be ready to go to his new home when he is 8 weeks old,” Tami told Love Meow.

A tiny cow kitten came to Matt Mets when she was still a baby. She was rescued by the Valley Cats in Phoenix, Arizona. Before her eyes were even opened, she was already a bundle of energy for being such a young creature according to Matt.

They named her Robochan. She grew from a teeny furball into a gorgeous kitty with a lot of fluff in her ears.

This lucky little kitten has come a long way since the day she was spotted along with her two siblings Heaven and Angel. “They were found in a plastic bag…. Only days old, they still had their umbilical cords attached,” said Lisa, who fostered the trio and found them good homes.

“I will miss her goofiness, but she has a great home with her brother, Heaven!” Lisa wrote.

This rescue cow kitten named Moo was introduced to two loving dogs who became the kitty’s mom and nanny.

cute rescue cow kitten moo“My grandma has Alzheimer’s and likes to feed the stray cats in her backyard. She found this [kitten] when she was one day old and brought her inside…. She was the only little one she found and mama cat hadn’t been seen in a while. [My grandma] was trying to feed her cow milk with a spoon, so I rescued her, brought her home and introduced her to my dogs who are her new momma and nanny.  The smaller dog (Lady Beatrice) is the bigger dog’s (Panda) momma….  So I knew I could get Lady Beatrice to help out,” said Bettina C from Pawcious Moments.

Bettina who is a volunteer for Long Beach Spay and Neuter, bottle feeds little Moo around the clock with help from her dogs. Lady Beatrice especially adores Moo. She cleans her, looks after her and is there every step of the way like a mother. They share a very special bond together.
