A little stray kitten befriended a blind duck who took a liking to the little ginger boy and gave him a bath.

“Frack (our blind-thinks she is a pet duck) has taken a liking to the stray kitty and vice versa,” wrote Laura on flickr. “This little kitty was found crying in an alley… It was covered in tar, half starved and barely had its eyes open. They brought the baby to us because we have a litter of kittens that are a few weeks older. We washed him, snuck him in the box with the others and the mommy cat adopted him.”

The kitten the family found laying in an alley, followed Frack the blind Duck all around the porch the other day.

A tiny kitten was saved from a farm, soaking wet and cold. They introduced her to their rescue cat Moglet who immediately took to the little ginger and started caring for her.

“Our next door neighbor found her hiding, soaking wet from the rain and suffering mild hypothermia,” said Rafaei Cobo, who took the kitten into his home.

“I dried her as much as I could and placed her under a table lamp to warm her up.” He made a sweater for the kitten to wear to keep warm.

“It took about a day of gently warming to bring her round, she was almost catatonic at first… Moglet kept her clean and continues to this day to look after her.”

Murdock was a kitten when he lost his sight, but the ginger boy never thinks for a second that he is any different. He can’t see, but little Murdock doesn’t need vision to be loved.

“My Marvelous kitty Murdock came to the Sonoma Humane Society as a sick stray when he was just a few weeks old. He had a chronic infection in both eyes that had caused them to rupture. He underwent two different surgeries to have them removed & with a lot of TLC was nursed back to health,” said Anna, Murdock’s human mom.

“Even at his worse Murdock has been a very loving & happy kitten. His positive attitude & sweet disposition stole my heart. He continues to thrive & doesn’t let his disability slow him down. He’s one of the most amazing cats I have ever known & has found his forever home with me,” Anna added.

This little ginger boy is called Golum, who was rescued in Afghanistan. He has been with the Nowzad at their clinic for almost 20 days now. “We estimate he was only maybe 10 to 14 days old when he arrived. There have been a few moments where we thought we were going to lose him but he has pulled through and right now he is doing brilliantly,” said Nowzad on Facebook.

Thanks to Nowzad, this cute little guy has been able to get all the treatment and love he needs. He has even made friends from the US military. This tiny ginger boy is spreading love to the people around him.

A basset hound named Maggie found a tiny orphan ginger kitten in the roadside brush. She took him home and started caring for him as her own. “My dog found a kitten, brought (him) home and now thinks his her baby,” Maggie’s owner wrote via reddit.

“We live way out in the country and our dog is a basset hound so is always sniffing something out. Today, she found this little guy. We checked the whole area and there was no sign of its mom or other siblings. We think someone probably dumped it because it was in the roadside brush. He’s also very tolerant of people and other animals. He’s happily let our dog bath him and love on him all day! We estimate its about 4 weeks old. Poor thing was covered in minor cuts and has a big swollen eye.”

“Maggie was licking it to stimulate its bathroom needs but it’s actually been using the box fine. We’ve taken care of fleas, ear mites and cared for the grazes.”

They were initially looking for a good home for the kitten due to allergies, but eventually decided to keep the two together after seeing how inseparable they are together.
