Millie the Bengal cat was found wandering in the aisles in a toy factory. The factory workers spotted him and thought he would be their purrfect security guard for their top selling toys.
Her “excellent climbing abilities and loud purr made her” the perfect candidate. According to Bendai’s warehouse via Metro, “with the appointment of Millie the security cat, our toys are now very well protected.”
Millie has a personality like a canine, agility of a feline and keen awareness of her surroundings. She is a purrfect crime stopper at the factory. In return, Millie gets a lot of cat food and fish from the factory and love from all the workers.

So lovely! It’s wonderful when companies allow things like this. Shows an ounce of humanity.
What an absolutely gorgeous cat!
So cute!!! This made me smile!!i believe the workers from the toy factory and Millie make awesome co-workers!
nice
what a puurrfect way for a kitty to make a living, lol. that last pic though made me lol cuz it seems even she can’t resist checking out an empty box to most likely take a nap. no kitty is immune to a card board box for snoozes, lol. I wonder though, did that box have a little help to being empty?lol
omg. hahaha thats adorable!!!!!! so glad they kept her!
She is one beautiful baby
awesome!!
Wow that’s awesome of the factory staff to appoint her that position
A happy ending to an unusual story, thanks for sharing it.
I love everything everyone said above, and the Tshirt, too.
What an attractive security guard!; I wonder if some of the toys and boxes can be “safe”..and the outfit suits her very well!.
I love her uniform, and I think she was playing with the toys in the last picture!! She’s an absolutely beautiful girl!
My dad owned and operated a cabinet shop, together with my brothers, for several years. The shop is closed and my dad semi-retired now, but in the 90s, my younger brother rescued a kitten from some teenagers that were harassing her. She became Slocum the shop cat and she kept the shop rodent-free for 15 years!
As a security guard kitty, would it be considered politically incorrect to eat a mouse on duty?
Wow, what a beautiful girl, and she has a job! How cool is that?!
Amazing! She looks good with ther shirt!
Adorable pretty face! Her “caught, I’m busted” look in the last pic is so cute:)
Yep like other commentators said, love that shirt on her!
Inspecting the box for any suspicious items.
Actually, it’s not the first security cat. The Siamese breed of cat were bred to be guardians of the temples of Siam- an old name for what’s now known as Thailand. :> Just sayin’!
Still this is another absolutely adorable story. X>
Wow Bengals are expensive. Very often when you sign the purchase agreement with the breeder you agree to return the cat to them if you can’t keep it. I bet this cat was lost. Hope they checked for an ID chip.
I think the security cat thing is mainly a publicity stunt for the toys. In the article they quote the owner of the cat, so all is well.
Great job she has, plus meals, a home and lots of love from her co-workers!!
What a beautiful story. Another furry friend saved!
I love her unform. She is so beautiful.
